Refund Policy

    • Since Hempster Store products are food-like in nature, and cannot be restocked or resold, our business policy is All Sales Are Final – No Refunds
    • If you receive a product which is defective or damaged during shipping, then send an email to sales@hempsterstore.com within 48 hours of the date you received the defective product.

    • After 48 hours, we do not accept returns of defective or damaged products
    • Upon receipt of your email, we will email you back a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which will contain instructions on how and where to ship back your damaged product
    • Only unopened damaged products will be accepted for return
    • Opened products will not be accepted for return and will be returned to sender
    • Customer will pay for the cost of the return shipping
    • Use a tracking service and email the tracking information to us immediately after you ship the product so we can track delivery
    • Once we receive your return, we will send you an email notifying you of receipt
    • We will inspect the product.  If your returned product is confirmed as defective or damaged during shipping, then we will mail you a replacement product.  If your returned product is opened or is not defective or not damaged during shipment, then we will return it to the sender
    • If your product is confirmed as defective or damaged, and a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item
