How to Use Hemp Spray

Shake well before use!

Spray under your tongue, wait at least 2 minutes and then swallow any remaining oil. The suggested serving size is two sprays, taken once or twice per day.

Keeping the oil under your tongue for a few minutes before swallowing, allows the CBD to absorb into your system quickly.
